This is a ready-made base specially formulated for hair. It’s typically alcohol-free or contains low alcohol, enriched with fractionated coconut oil, argan oil, or other nourishing ingredients.

- Mix the Ingredients
- In a clean spray bottle, add your fragrance oil.
- Then pour in the hair perfume solution.
- Ratio suggestion: 5% fragrance oil to 95% solution — but you can adjust based on how strong you want the scent.
